About the founders…

PANA began with two friends, a small olive tree, and a big idea. On a balcony in London, that tree became a symbol of our shared love for good food, honest ingredients, and the joy of coming together over a meal. It was there, between conversations about life and work, that the dream of creating something truly our own began to take root.

Even as life took us in different directions—one to New York, the other staying in London—our shared passion for exceptional olive oil brought us back to this idea. The more we learned, the more we realized that great olive oil is about more than just the taste; it’s about the process, the care, and the connection to the land, to the people who grow it, and to the people you share it with. And so, PANA was born, not just as a product, but as a celebration of everything that matters most to us.
